Sadly, we had to give up our little mutt girl. Raegan's and Mik's allergies had gone on too long and too harsh for us to be able to keep her. For months we couldn't figure out why Mik's nose was constantly stuffed and wheezed whenever he ran, and why Raegan had trouble breathing at times. We decided to clean everything in the house and not allow Lulu into our bedroom anymore and never sit or jump on Rae or Mik. Guess what, their allergies disappeared after a few weeks. And then the allergies would return whenever Mik came into contact with Lulu. We even purchased a $300 air purifier for the house. We tried whatever we could think of to be able to keep her. It finally came down to the fact that we were not able to give her the love we once did. Knowing that Lulu needs a massive amount of "people time" and love, we decided another family would be able to give it to her more. Although, we never stopped loving her, because she is the cutest, loviest, pathetic animal we have ever known. Goodbye for now, Lulu...
